What happens in a session for two?
- Welcome. Arrive 15 minutes early, have some tea and share what you’d like from the session.
- Side by side. Two mats lie in parallel, heads toward the instruments, with pillows and light blankets.
- Breathe together. The facilitator guides a few minutes of slow breathing so you settle into the same rhythm.
- Sound and Reiki. Crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls and gong ring in turn. The facilitator may bring bowls close to each of you and offer light Reiki touch.
- Return and share. Sit up slowly, have some water and tell each other how it felt if you like.

Does it have to be a couple?
No. Friends, sisters, a parent and child, or colleagues can all book a session for two.
Will we lie close together?
The mats are side by side, so you can hold hands if you like. If you’d prefer more space, just tell the facilitator.
What should we bring?
Just comfortable clothes and a light layer. Mats, pillows, blankets and tea are ready for you.
Is it available in English?
Yes. Kennedy leads sessions in English, which works well for couples where one partner doesn’t speak Vietnamese.
